Synopsis
As ex U.N investigator Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt) gets stuck in urban traffic with his family, he feels that it is not a typical congestion. His suspicions are proven correct when all of a sudden the city descends into pandemonium. An extremely dangerous virus which is transmitted via a single bite is converting ordinary people into dangerous, mindless beasts. With the pandemic on the verge of obliterating mankind, Gerry embarks on a global hunt to track the reason behind the virus and, if he is fortunate, a way to stop the infection from spreading.
